Hi! I am Trish. I am a Registered Dental Assistant and the Office Manager. I have been a part of the Dentalways team since August of 2006.I am happily married to the most precious man ever, Calvin Barnes, and together we have 4 grown kids, Amanda, Matt (wife Jade), Blake, and Adam. We have one grandson, Rowan, who is the absolute apple of our eye!!! And one on the way!
In my spare time I enjoy the country life. We live on a farm, we have cattle, horses, and two donkeys, which I have wanted all my life!! I am always outside on the farm with my “babies” when I am not at Dentalways. I also enjoy fishing, and photography. Sunrises and sunsets are high on my list of priorities.
I have received extensive training in all aspects of dentistry from Dr. Khullar, and the Las Vegas Institute. Our practice has grown from one office to four. Dr. Khullar is always encouraging his team to continue to further our education and new techniques on the latest procedures to accommodate our patients. He is always on board to not only further his knowledge, but his team as well.
We have an awesome team that works to insure a comfortable and pleasant experience for our patients. I love working for Dentalways, I enjoy everything about my job. I am so thankful to be a part of such an awesome family! We are all about YOU! I love meeting new people, and visiting with our patients. One of the most rewarding things for me is when a patient can enjoy coming to the dentist office for treatment without being horrified from a past experience. We are a friendly, fun-loving, yet highly trained team.

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am a Treatment Coordinator at Dentalways. I have been married for 14 years, and I have 3 amazing children. In my free time I enjoy fishing, camping, and spending time with my family. I graduated from Mt. Vernon/Enola High School in 2005. I then attended Eastern College where I earned my license as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2006.
I have been a part of the Dentalways family for over 12 years now and I couldn't ask for a better dental team to work with. Shortly after joining Dr. Khullar's team he took us to Las Vegas for very advanced continuing education in Cosmetic, TMJ, and Neuromuscular Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dentistry. I can proudly say that our office offers the best dental experience in every aspect of dentistry, from the quality of treatment to the financial arrangements. Every aspect is done with great care.

Hello! I'm Cinnamon and I'm a registered dental assistant and have been in the dental field for over ten years now. I've recently transitioned to the administrative area of dentistry and I am enjoying learning new aspects of the dental industry in order to serve you more efficiently.
I am also a mother of three. A twenty-one year old, a thirteen year old and a five year old! You could say they keep me on my toes. I also enjoy the outdoors and try to get out as much as possible whether it's floating the White River or riding ATV's or just being outside with my two dogs.
I started working with Dr. Michael Fox in 2008 and joined Dentalways in 2014. This is the best dental team in experience, top-notch training, and personality that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I love my Dentalways team and look forward to serving you for all your dental needs.

My name is Jessica and I am from Lonoke, Arkansas. My hobbies include spending time with my family, singing, and photography. I graduated from Lonoke High School in 2013. I then attended Arkansas State University- Beebe where I received my associate's degree in liberal arts.
I joined the Dentalways team in December of 2015 where I began training under Dr. Khullar and received my registered dental assistant certification. I strongly believe that Dentalways is an inviting and warm environment for patients and Dentalways team members. I am thankful for the opportunities given to me by Dr. Khullar and the friendships and bonds that I have created with my team members at Dentalways.

Hello my name is Alice and I'm a Little Rock native. My husband and I have two children. Our daughter Elizabeth is married to her lifelong best friend Justin, and our son Benjamin is now the center of our lives as we are privileged once again to parent a young soul full of energy. My life is also blessed with a very large extended family. We are active in our local church and enjoy traveling.
My collegiate studies began at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where I graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor of Art degrees in both History and English in 1998. I then continued my studies at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2000.
I have practiced exclusively in the Little Rock area until I joined the Dentalways team. Now I enjoy working with the team in several of our locations. My passion is providing the best care to each of our patients. It's a privilege to work alongside Dr. Khullar as he gives customized care to each individual. It's exciting to be a part of helping transform and maintain not only a person's cosmetic appearance, but also a vital part of overall health and quality of life. Welcome! My name is Claranne. I grew up in Russellville Arkansas but have lived in Little Rock for the past nine years. I have been a hygienist and team member with Dentalways for 5 years now. Besides teeth, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur baby Birdie and making memories with family and friends. I love all things travel, food, and shopping.
I attended University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013. I have truly enjoyed being a dental hygienist. Having the ability to work with my patients and give them the educational tools to improve their oral health and general well-being is what makes my job so rewarding.
